TRUCKS · EURO 4, 5 & 6

AdBlue, NOx, DPF and SCR delete for linehaul and long-haul fleets.

Our AdBlue delete units disable your AdBlue / SCR / DPF / NOx system for good. The Adblue and NOx system can be disabled by fitting one of our plug-and-play emulator kits directly to your truck — no strange software, no loss of power, no warnings on the dashboard.

AdBlue and SCR and DPF technology is standard in any commercial truck built to Euro 4, Euro 5 and Euro 6 emission standards. It works — until the sensors, pumps or urea quality start failing in the real world. That's where we come in.

WHY IT MATTERS

Built for your duty cycle, not a European catalogue page

For operators running on a tight cost-per-kilometre, AdBlue consumption, sensor failures and unplanned regen cycles are expensive. A good delete kit removes the AdBlue dependency without tripping diagnostic codes or reducing engine power — the truck just runs.

Every Optima kit is tested in Australasian conditions. Cummins files in particular are validated on triple-road-train applications before they touch a customer vehicle.

QUESTIONS OPERATORS ASK

Common questions about trucks deletes

Will an AdBlue delete hurt my engine?

No. A properly engineered delete kit simulates the signals the engine ECU expects from the SCR system — there's no change to fuelling, timing, or engine operation. No power loss, no de-rate, no hidden faults. The only things that stop are the AdBlue pump, the urea dosing and the NOx-sensor error chain.

Does this void my manufacturer warranty?

If the truck is still under factory warranty it will void the emissions portion. You will have to consult with your truck salesman if the truck is under warranty. Optima warrants the product we sell only. Not the equipment it is fitted to. Most of our work is on fleets that are out of warranty and operating on a tight cost-per-kilometre number — that's where the ROI is.

How long does the install take?

45 minutes or less per truck for a plug-and-play kit. Quick-connect variants are even faster. We work on your premises (or ours) depending on your location.

Can I reverse the install if I sell the truck?

Quick-connect kits are fully reversible — unplug the unit, plug the original ACM back in. Wired-in variants are also removable but take a little longer. We'll recommend the right approach when you book. In reality the second or third user are just as keen to save money as you were when you decided to delete emissions
