Red tracked tractor pulling a yellow chaser bin across a harvested wheat paddock
AGRICULTURAL · TIER 4 & TIER 5

No downtime at harvest. No regen cycles in the middle of a paddock.

Our AdBlue and DPF delete units disable your machine's AdBlue / SCR / DEF / NOx / DPF system for good. For tractors, harvesters and sprayers running Tier 4, Tier 5 or Stage V engines, a plugged DPF, a failed DEF or DPF sensor or a bad batch of urea can stop you mid-paddock — exactly when stopping is most expensive.

We fit plug-and-play emulator kits straight to the ACM or ECU so the aftertreatment system is bypassed cleanly. No strange software, no power loss, no diagnostic trouble codes.

WHY IT MATTERS

Built for your duty cycle, not a European catalogue page

Agricultural duty cycles are hard on emissions systems — high vibration, constant dust, inconsistent AdBlue supply in rural areas, and long runs at full load. The factory SCR / DPF system was designed for European farms with a DEF pump in every village and a service agent around the corner. It wasn't designed for a 1,000-hectare sheep station in Hawke's Bay or a wheat harvest in Canterbury or a 2500 acre paddock in WA.

Optima kits are water-resistant, industrial-grade and fit inside the main wiring termination box. Installation is 45 minutes or less.

QUESTIONS OPERATORS ASK

Common questions about agricultural deletes

Will this work on my tractor if it's still under warranty?

An emissions delete voids the emissions-related portion of the factory warranty. If your machine is less than two years old and still covered, we'd recommend waiting it out. Most of our ag customers are running out-of-warranty machines where a failed DEF pump is a $4k+ repair.

How do I know which delete kit matches my tractor?

Send us the make, model, year, engine family (e.g. Cummins QSB6.7, Mercedes OM936) and the ACM ECU part number if you can. We'll confirm the right kit — or tell you honestly if we don't have one yet.

Can you come to the farm?

For larger fleets, yes — we have agents across NZ and AU who can travel. For a single tractor it's usually easier to bring the machine to us, or we can post the kit to a trusted local mechanic with our fitting instructions.

What about my sprayer's rate controller / GPS / ISOBUS?

An AdBlue delete doesn't touch the ISOBUS, rate controller or GPS. Those systems are on a separate CAN network and run independently of the emissions ECU.

Harvest won't wait. Neither will we.

Tell us the machine and the engine — we'll turn a delete kit around before your next run.
