Reduce the running cost of your fleet.
Removing AdBlue, DPF and EGR systems is how smart operators are surviving a tight trucking market. Less downtime. No urea. No regen cycles. No expensive emissions repairs down the track — just trucks on the road, earning.
Four services that solve 90% of heavy-diesel emissions problems.
Every fleet's nightmare starts the same way — a warning light, a limp-home mode, or a filter that won't regen. We remove the cause, not just the symptom.
AdBlue Delete
Eliminate urea dosing faults, NOx sensor failures and forced derate cycles on trucks, tractors, excavators and buses.
- Reduce tare weight
- Eliminate forced derate
- No more urea supply headaches
DPF / EGR / Adblue Delete
Remove blocked particulate filters and disable forced regeneration on diesels that spend their life under load or at low duty cycles.
- No more regeneration stops
- Remove expensive DPF repair costs
- Works with OEM diagnostics
EGR, DPF and Adblue delete
Brand-specific EGR, DPF and Adblue delete and tuning packages for the engines that need it most — keeping coolers, valves and heads off your workshop floor.
- Cummins ISX / ISM / X15
- Detroit DD13 / DD15 / DD16
- Cooler & valve bypass options
ECU Remapping
Targeted tuning for power, torque and fuel economy — calibrated to your duty cycle, not a generic dyno file.
- Up to +30% diesel power
- Fuel-economy biased maps
- Pre/post dyno verification
Built for the machinery you actually run.
Different duty cycles, different compliance pressures, different stakes when something breaks. We treat every segment on its own terms.

Generic tunes belong on the internet. Optima remaps are calibrated to your duty cycle — whether that's a 50-tonne logging rig pulling Pakiri Hill or a fleet of delivery trucks doing 200 stops a day.
Indicative gains below. Every job gets pre- and post-dyno verification so you see what's actually been delivered.
30+ yearsThirty years of heavy-diesel experience. One phone number.
Jack Dieleman has worked on heavy diesel engines since before AdBlue was invented. Optima exists because he kept seeing fleets pay thousands to replace the same failed emissions components — when the underlying problem could be removed for good.
Today, Optima services operators across New Zealand (North Island and South Island), Australia, the USA and Canada. When you call, you get Jack. No triage queue.

Answers before you pick up the phone.
Is an AdBlue delete legal?
Emissions compliance varies by region and vehicle use. We'll walk you through what's appropriate for your operation before any work is carried out. Our Terms of Engagement cover this in detail.
How long does a typical job take?
Most ECU remaps, DPF deletes and AdBlue jobs are turned around within 24 hours. Complex custom tunes or jobs requiring dyno time may take 2–3 days.
Which regions do you service?
We operate from Tauranga, with established service agents across New Zealand (North Island and South Island), Australia, the USA and Canada for local hardware fitment.
Do you work on my make and model?
We cover every major heavy diesel brand — Cummins, Detroit, Volvo, Scania, Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Iveco, Mack and more. Our Brands page has the full list, or call Jack to check yours directly.
Ready to stop losing days to emissions faults?
Call Jack, or drop your details. We'll tell you what we can do, what it'll cost, and how fast we can turn it around — before you commit to anything.
