Our AdBlue delete units disable your machine's AdBlue / DPF system for good. To meet emissions standards, most modern plant is fitted with a Selective Catalytic Reduction system using AdBlue / DEF and Tier 5 systems have DPF as well— which is fine until a sensor fails on a muddy jobsite and your loader goes into derate on the wrong shift.
We fit plug-and-play delete kits directly to the ACM module so the aftertreatment system is bypassed cleanly — no software weirdness, no loss of power, no diagnostic trouble codes.

Common questions about construction deletes
My machine isn't a truck — do you still cover it?
Yes. Off-highway plant is around half the work we do. Coverage is engine-led — tell us the engine family and the ECU part number and we'll confirm the right delete kit.
Will the DPF still function after an AdBlue delete?
On most machines our AdBlue delete leaves the DPF operational. For machines where you need DPF deleted too, we offer combined AdBlue/DPF kits — check the product range or ask us.
What about Stage V emission standards?
We have Stage V delete kits for Volvo CE, Volvo Penta, Mercedes Industrial (ACM3) and Scania Industrial. Stage V plant often uses DOC instead of DPF — our kits handle both.
Do you come on-site or do I bring the machine to you?
Either. For large plant we can arrange on-site install through our agent network in NZ, AU, CA or the US. Smaller machines you can bring to Tauranga.
