What causes AdBlue faults in heavy diesel fleets?
The common SCR, DEF and NOx faults that keep trucks and plant off the road, and how Optima decides whether a delete unit, emulator or remap is the right fix.

AdBlue systems work well when every sensor, pump, line and control module behaves exactly as expected. In heavy diesel fleets, that ideal world rarely lasts. Heat, vibration, short duty cycles, contaminated fluid and poor access to parts can all turn the SCR system into a repeat fault source.
Most operators first notice the problem as a warning light, limp mode, derate countdown or repeated NOx sensor code. Replacing parts can help for a while, but if the vehicle is already working in conditions that keep triggering the same failure pattern, the repair bill quickly becomes hard to justify.
Optima starts with the machine details: make, model, year, engine family, emissions standard, current codes and where the unit works. From there Jack can recommend whether a plug-in delete unit, fitted emulator, ECU solution or workshop diagnosis is the practical route.
